Whitney Bunn has been teaching Math at Morgan Middle School since 2019. Her first year was during the COVID pandemic so she picked a great year to start teaching! Whitney graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, with an endorsement in Math, hoping to teach 4th grade. After spending 10 years at home with her kids and starting at the Middle School, she doesn’t think she will ever teach Elementary!

Whitney loves being outdoors with her family, with backpacking being a yearly vacation every summer. She also has a big passion for music. Whitney has played piano since she was 4, and also plays the clarinet, flute, dulcimer (for a Shakespearean festival), and violin. Writing music is a favorite hobby when she has extra time. (Which isn’t much between teaching and being a mom!)

Whitney Bunn is married to her husband, Derrick Bunn, who is also a teacher at Morgan Middle School. They have five children and are excited to finally have all of their children in school. The Bunns have been residents of Morgan for over 5 years and have truly enjoyed being a part of this wonderful community.
